    I have a problem. I am trying to purchase some plugins, but my credit card is being refused!?
    Strange enough as I could pay for basic pack.
    I made balance check with my bank and there is all OK, but your system is refusing me.
    Without those plugins I am not satisfied with my app, so I kindly ask you to help me.

    @TVTComp Without a user name or an app's name I can't see who you are. Your Finnish IP address suggests you're the user who's been trying 20 times to buy a plugin, using a credit card number that is incorrect... Our system then deems you "dangerous" and blocks you.
    Go to your settings and fix your CC information. While you're there make sure your username field is filled out properly, too. It needs to be an email address. Then try again or use a different card.
    If you're in a hurry you can simply buy App.Cat Credits (at a discount) via PayPal and use those credits for your Plugins.

    Thanks for lowering the prices on whitelabel domains! This really helps! Is the $7.40 fee I see for the new premium hosting? I moved my apps to www.freeappcat.com to get free hosting except the 3 apps I use for big clients. If so, shouldn't it charge me $22.20 instead?

    We never charge for all apps at once. An app's hosting fee (if it's not on freeappcat.com) happens on its birthday every month. This makes it much more precise and prevents liquidity spikes. Also: Take advantage of the detailed receipt because this legitimate expense is tax deductible if you run your business properly.

    Hi Todd, I wonder if you can help, I have just received an email this morning informing me that two of my apps are up for hosting. As this was not an issue when I bought and made my apps I assumed I have to move these to "Freeapp.cat".
    When I tried to move them I got a strange prompt about credits.

    Can you advise what how to remedy this.

    @TinaMation Thanks for pointing out a popup message that made no sense. We fixed it.
    In the process we also simplified "moving to freeappcat.com" on an empty wallet. I've added some KittyKash to your wallet for the trouble.

    @Wicked and @JayJay Whitelabeling is a server move and clean-wipe of the app.You paid for that. Now all you need to decide is wheter you want to host your app on freeappcat.com or on another domain. @JayJay I can resend you your old Lounge login, if you wish. Hosting is a business expense that you pass on to your clients and deduct from your taxes. We don't just delete your apps. That would be silly. Even if you don't pay for hosting you have 2 weeks in which your apps continue working to give you or your client time to make a decision that's right for both.

    Long story short: Hosting is still free on App.Cat if you're on freeappcat.com.
