Strange enough as I could pay for basic pack.
I made balance check with my bank and there is all OK, but your system is refusing me.
Without those plugins I am not satisfied with my app, so I kindly ask you to help me.
Go to your settings and fix your CC information. While you're there make sure your username field is filled out properly, too. It needs to be an email address. Then try again or use a different card.
If you're in a hurry you can simply buy App.Cat Credits (at a discount) via PayPal and use those credits for your Plugins.
Our guarantee stands: If we don't deliver what we promise you get your money back! Your help in this will be much appreciated.

When I tried to move them I got a strange prompt about credits.
Can you advise what how to remedy this.
When I bought this software I thought that hosting was included and this was one of the big reasons I went ahead and purchased app cat. The 2 app that I have been told will be deleted have already been white labelled and have plugins on them and now I am not sure if I should move them.
In the process we also simplified "moving to freeappcat.com" on an empty wallet. I've added some KittyKash to your wallet for the trouble.
@Wicked and @JayJay Whitelabeling is a server move and clean-wipe of the app.You paid for that. Now all you need to decide is wheter you want to host your app on freeappcat.com or on another domain. @JayJay I can resend you your old Lounge login, if you wish. Hosting is a business expense that you pass on to your clients and deduct from your taxes. We don't just delete your apps. That would be silly. Even if you don't pay for hosting you have 2 weeks in which your apps continue working to give you or your client time to make a decision that's right for both.
Long story short: Hosting is still free on App.Cat if you're on freeappcat.com.
