A client doesn't want to put pictures in the app, not in the photo section because the pics are too small as he said. What can I put in it? Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.

Most hair salons "exclusively" distribute luxury hair care brands. It's a major source of revenue for them to upsell stuff like conditioners. Ask him about it. You'll find he's proud of the brands he peddles.
Take the logos of those brands and crop them to be huge inside a square photo.
If you now show him the photo gallery (which you call "exclusive" or something) he'll see all the brands he loves. Sold.
@anselmo I use the "brand name trick" all the time because it instantly makes an app more valuable due to brand recognition. It also saves me some time while pre making an app for a demo because I am never quite sure what photos might trigger a negative emotion when pitching. Brands are safest.
I often use http://www.brandsoftheworld.com/ to get crisp and clean logos of brands who only have jagged gifs on their site.
Sheeeeee so nuch i don't know LOL
